Reliable Recruit are looking for a Lead Packer on the night shift at our clients manufacturing site in Trafford Park

The work will involve:

• Supervising a small team of packers
• Hands on role, getting involved with packing duties
• Ensuring Production targets are met
• Responsible for updating production records
• Reporting any equipment defects or production quality issues
• Shift Handover
• Overseeing Housekeeping

The working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 22:00-06:00
• £13.00 p/h
• Overtime paid at x 1.5
• 12 week temp to perm opportunity
• Various benefits including company uniform, training and further qualifications

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Previous experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
• Experience in packing within a manufacturing environment
• Any experience in Machine Operating or Plastics manufacturing would be beneficial
• Word and Excel experience
