Our client is looking to recruit a permanent Customer Care Representative to work out of their manufacturing and offices site in Bury

The work will involve:

  • Working in a team to ensure the service standards are maintained for both customers and employees
  • Liaising with different departments including sales and factory
  • Process Sales orders via phone email and fax
  • Setting up New customers
  • General admin duties
  • Record keeping and updating systems with new information

The working times and pay:

  • 09:00-17:00 with a 16:00 finish on Fridays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Permanent role
  • £26,485 per annum
  • Various benefits

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent email and phone etiquette
  • Previous Customer Care/Customer Service experience
  • Any experience with the Navison system would be beneficial
