Sales Order Processor
Our client is looking to recruit a permanent Customer Care Representative to work out of their manufacturing and offices site in Bury
The work will involve:
- Working in a team to ensure the service standards are maintained for both customers and employees
- Liaising with different departments including sales and factory
- Process Sales orders via phone email and fax
- Setting up New customers
- General admin duties
- Record keeping and updating systems with new information
The working times and pay:
- 09:00-17:00 with a 16:00 finish on Fridays
- Monday to Friday
- Permanent role
- £26,485 per annum

Experience/Skills Needed:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent email and phone etiquette
- Previous Customer Care/Customer Service experience
- Any experience with the Navison system would be beneficial
