Reliable Recruit are looking to recruit an Office Administrator for a temp to perm role based at our clients site in Bury

The work will involve:

  • Liaising between Retail Stores and the Warehouse on Returns, delivery dates and stock levels by phone and email
  • Using Excel, Word
  • Inputting data into in-house software
  • General Administration Duties

The working times and pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.5 hours per day, flexible working hours
  • 40 hours paid per week after breaks
  • £12.00 p/h initially
  • 12 week temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Previous experience in an Administration Role essential
  • Customer Service Experience and good phone and email etiquette
  • Computer Literate including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
