Our client in Middleton is looking to recruit a Production Operative for work based out of their manufacturing and distribution site

The work will involve:

• Operating a Press Machine to cut rubber and plastics
• Reading Orders to ensure right lengths being cut
• Attention to Detail required for cutting to different order measurements
• General Production Duties in other areas as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe production area

The working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:30-16:00 & 13:00 finish on Fridays
• 37.5 Hours per week
• £11.44 p/h initially
• 8 weeks work minimum

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Experience Using a Press Machine preferred, if not experience in measuring and cutting materials essential
• Previous Machine Operating experience preferred
• Any CNC experience or skills would be an advantage
• Good Manufacturing background needed
