Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Production Team Leader for a role based out of their manufacturing and distribution site in Ashton-Under-Lyne

The work will involve:

• Managing around 15 Production Staff
• Training new employees
• Allocating Labour
• Ensuring department is meeting production targets whilst maintaining quality, housekeeping and health and safety
• Assisting Production Manager in day to day running of the department
• Dealing with staff issues
• Liaising with senior Management around all of the above

The working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00-16:00
• 39 hours per week
• £13.00-15.00 p/h
• 12 Week temp to perm role

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Candidates need experience as a Production Manager or Production Team Leader in a Manufacturing environment
• Ability to learn new skills and production processes
• Computer Literate
• Good People skills and ability to train and mentor new employees
